  5. I like the bus with the Monster Wheels. I think little boys would not want to ride that bus all day long:)

  8. Love your post. You always come up with the best things. My grandkids are starting back to school today too. My neighborhood is very quite this morning. No kids in the streets riding bikes or skateboards.
    Have a great day!

  15. Thanks for dropping by and leaving a kind comment.

Very interesting about your neighbor having the homegrown and the adopted children....My son and dil's neighbor have 3 homegrown, and six from Ethiopia. There really never is a dull moment. My son is a filmmaker working on a documentary of their journey. I'll put a link to that in a post soon.

  16. Hi Candy,
What a cool yellow bus mosaic. Awesome buses! We don't start school until Sept. 8th, but is quickly approaching. Where has the summer gone? Have a wonderful Monday.

  20. Oh yes. I do remember the smell of the crayons and paste. I also remember the feeling of that fat pencil and the texture of the newsprint type paper your hand rested on...and that was a loooong time ago!
