Honoring the Family

While visiting Lori's blog she too,
has made a fabulous collage of old things.
All the lace, buttons, and even
the collar were tucked away in trunks.
The Holbergs saved everything, so I was happy
when the eye glasses were discovered in a box with
many others.

Hi Candy
I saw your new blog mentioned by Dawn at The Feathered Nest and I'm so glad that I did. I think your pictures are so great. The frame is amazing...what a sweet memory and the pin cushion is in my birthstone color so I love it. But those button face cards are the most creative and origional thing I have seen in a very long time. I just adore them. Were they made by a family member? I plan on following your new blog to see what else you have to show us. By the way I am a new blogger too...I just started in November and I am having such a great time. Welcome to blogworld.
