Good Morning Pretty Pink Ladies!
This is my first pink post...
but just had to celebrate SPRING~
bloomin' in my yard
This is a little dress I smocked for my niece,
back some 18 years ago.
My Mother just brought to me
with a note...keep for your grand daughter.
(niece has two boys)
This pink post takes planning so,
I didn't make the list but...

What a pretty smocked dress. I learned to smock when I was pregnant with my second, who turned out to be a boy. I did do a couple of things for him. Then the third was a boy as well, so with three boys I put my smocking aside. Finally, I'm getting a granddaughter in May.

That little dress with smocking brings back memories of my baby clothes and my sons' cute little sailor outfits... however they were not pink.

I adore smocked dresses! Got to get around to doing some barretts! Love the wandering jew??? Hubby Aunt bought the only Pink kind they had, I never seen it in pink before, just purple!

THE SMOCKING ON THE PINK DRESS IS JUST AWESOME....I HAVE NO TALENT IN THAT AREA AT ALL...WHAT A TREASURE.
