Can a girl have too many...

...watering cans?

Well, no! and three is definitely not enough
Like shoes we need one in every color and style.

~*~*~*~*~

And since we are out looking at watering cans,
how about a spin around the meadow?
Hop on I'm sure this tractor could run a
2nd time around the meadow.

I wonder how many farmers have climbed aboard and
worked their farm with Ol' Red.

2nd Time Around
A Picture is Worth a 1,000 Words

I am off to spend the day with two girlfriends.
I know some thrift stores are waiting.
What will I find? I'll let you know.

All my cans are set out hoping to catch a little water,
just in case some falls from the sky.

I collect old watering cans too. They sit in front of my potting shed catching rain as well. My father had a Ford tractor which he named Lulu belle. :-)
Thanks for the memories and have a fun day shopping.

Yes, they are great for catching water during the week to water your flowers when the rain doesn't come. These are lovely.

Well I don't have as many as you but I have a couple. You never know when you might need to water something.

Hello Candy, just visiting some blogs today since I'm recuperating from being sick and having two sick kids just this weekend alone.

Love your watering can collection and I do hope they get some rain in them. And Ol' Red looks like he has stories to tell about the farm. ;-) Have fun at the thrift stores!

Wish I was going with you! No, a girl cannot have too many vintage watering cans. I'm kicking myself over ones I've passed up and shoulda/coulda bought. Let us know what you get today!
